From the first brainstorm to the final hour, we handle it. We work with you to build out the concept, source and manage vendors, and keep everything on track, all the way through the day itself. You bring the vision; we bring the plan.

Events: Day-Of Coordination

You've planned every detail. We make sure it actually happens. On the day of your event, we step in to manage the timeline, coordinate vendors, and handle anything that comes up, so you can be present.

Hourly - $60/hour - 3 hours minimum 

Full Day - $350 - 6 hours included

Weddings: Planning + Day-Of Coordination

A variety of colorful flowers, including pink poppies, orange ranunculus, yellow and purple blossoms, are arranged in a floral display on a wooden surface. 
Your wedding is uniquely yours! Whether you need support with specific aspects of wedding planning or to be totally hands off, we’ll create a custom package tailored to your needs. 

Services we offer include venue search, vendor research, hotel arrangements, wedding rehearsal guidance, day-of coordination, and more!

Weddings: Day-Of Coordination

Your wedding day should feel like yours. We come in during the final weeks to get up to speed on every detail you've put together, then run the day from start to finish, from cues, vendors, timeline, all of it. You focus on getting married. We'll handle the rest.

Hourly - $60/hour - 4 hour minimum

Full-Day - $580 - 10 hours included
